Avoid Peak Season If Possible

May through September is peak moving season in Sarasota. Snowbird moves create a second peak in October-November. Book 3-4 weeks ahead during these months. January through April is the easiest time to schedule.

Plan for Florida Humidity

Cardboard boxes absorb moisture fast in Sarasota heat. Do not leave packed boxes in the garage for weeks. Pack and move within a reasonable window. Our crew wraps upholstered furniture in shrink wrap to block humidity during transport.

Check Your HOA Rules

Lakewood Ranch, Palmer Ranch, Bird Key, and University Park communities often restrict move-in times (weekdays 8am-5pm is common). Some require proof of insurance from your moving company. We carry certificates of insurance and provide them on request.

Bridge and Key Access
